Telephone and online chat support are provided 24 hours a day Monday through Friday, and during the following times on the weekends:
North America: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern
United Kingdom: 10:00 am to midnight (GMT+1)
France, Belgium: 11:00 am to 1:00 am (GMT+2)
They also reply to all support tickets, typically within a few hours.
