IX Web Hosting DNS Setting

When you sign up ixwebhosting plan with you existing domain name, you need to change DNS setting to ixwebhosting. If you don’t want to transfer your domain registrar to ixwebhosting, you can just log in your domain control panel of your current domain registrar to change the nameservers.

As soon as your ixwebhosting account has been signed up, you will receive an email about which nameservers you should use. Please note that you will have to use the nameservers associated with the control panel you are hosted on. Each control panel has two configured nameservers.

You can also check the nameservers once logged in to your control panel at: https://manage.ixwebhosting.com. Click on "Manage" next to your hosting account. Once logged into the hosting control panel click on "Domains". Then on "Edit" next to your domain name. The page that loads will show the correct nameserver information.
